1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd89 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the bd89 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bd89 platform.

bd89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

bd89 operates a strict 18+ policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet at bd89. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

bd89 may request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Until age verification is completed to bd89's satisfaction, your account may be restricted. If it is determined that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided and any deposits made will be returned minus any winnings generated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bd89 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd89 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance at any point.

• The minimum deposit at bd89 is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though bd89 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your bd89 account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact bd89 support with your transaction reference.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• All bonuses at bd89 are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your bd89 account in the form of bonus funds. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

• In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round will be voided and any bets placed will be returned to your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bd89. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account at bd89.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the bd89 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the bd89 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any other game format.
• Claiming bonuses under false pretences or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Accessing the bd89 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your bd89 account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bd89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete verification or abusive behaviour toward bd89 staff.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, bd89 will notify you by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw or place bets. bd89 aims to complete all account investigations within 14 days, though complex cases may take longer.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. bd89 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you in writing.

You may also request the closure of your own bd89 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

9 Responsible Gaming
